As a UX designer, my mission is to find the intersection between user needs, business requirements, accessiblity, storytelling, and technical feasibility to create the best product possible.

As a user researcher, my work helps the team to empathize with our audience, clarify core user needs, identify risks in our designs, and evaluate product success using a variety of methods. I believe research and empathy for our users are what create a true human-centered experience.

As a teammate, I strive to create a strong, safe, and inclusive environment for my team. I am efficient and dedicated to creating the best deliverables, but I also think my team and I can have fun while accomplishing this. I have served as a mentor and leader within my account and am also an active member in fostering the overall company culture.

Before becoming a UX designer, I was an archaeologist, a server at the world’s best restaurant, and I worked on a sheep farm in Norway.
